According to the seabed box suitable for the bubble drag reduction system, the volume of the seabed box is firstly enlarged, two ship body structures are vertically arranged in the enlarged seabed box, and gaps exist between the two ship body structures and between the ship body structures and a seawater main pipe. The two hull structures are each provided with an opening, the hull structure away from the seawater main pipe is a first hull structure, the opening in the first hull structure is a first opening, and the first opening is formed in the top of the first hull structure. The hull structure close to the seawater header pipe is a second hull structure, the opening in the second hull structure is a second opening, and the second opening is formed in the bottom of the second hull structure. The special seabed box design form is adopted, and bubbles are effectively prevented from entering a seawater system. Aiming at the risk that bubbles of the bubble drag reduction system enter the seabed box, a novel seabed box design scheme is provided, and the risk that the bubbles generated by the bubble drag reduction system enter the seawater header pipe is avoided by optimizing the structure and arrangement in the seabed box.
