According to the invention, the methanol cabin is divided into a plurality of cabins, the cabin is clean, so that the cargo cabin is convenient to wash, other oil products or chemicals can be loaded after the cabin is washed, and the methanol cabin has stronger dual-purpose property and flexibility. The water ballast tank can also be used as an isolation void tank, and when the methanol tank is not used as the methanol tank, the water ballast tank can be normally used. The capacity of a conventional design method can be expanded, and under the condition that the loading capacity of the methanol cabin is not changed, the occupied capacity of the cargo cabin is reduced as much as possible.
