A rear floor, a floor cross beam, a rear longitudinal beam and a rear shock absorber seat are integrally cast to form a die casting, a rear wheel cover is a sheet metal part, when a vehicle needs to be replaced with a tire with a larger size, only the rear wheel cover needs to be replaced, and the die casting can be made into a common part for different vehicle types in a platform. The platform sharing integration degree is high, the rear floor welding time is saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved. The transverse reinforcing ribs and the longitudinal reinforcing ribs are connected between the periphery of the inner threaded sleeve and the shock absorber mounting plate, so that the structural strength of the upper end mounting point of the shock absorber is improved, and meanwhile, the first reinforcing ribs and the second reinforcing ribs which are coplanar with the transverse reinforcing ribs and connected with the transverse reinforcing ribs are arranged; the lower ends of the second reinforcing ribs are connected with the rear longitudinal beam through the inclined reinforcing ribs, force transmitted to the rear longitudinal beam can be guided to be transmitted in the front-back direction, and stress concentration at the connecting position of the rear longitudinal beam and the support body is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆后地板结构,其后地板、地板横梁、后纵梁及后减震器座一体铸造成型为压铸件,后轮罩为钣金件,车辆需要更换成更大尺寸的轮胎时,仅需要更换后轮罩,压铸件可以做成平台内不同车型共用件,平台共用化集成化程度高,节省了后地板焊接时间,提高了生产效率,节约了成本。本发明通过在内螺纹套筒的周围与减震器安装板之间连接有横向加强筋和纵向加强筋,以提高减震器的上端安装点处的结构强度,同时配置与横向加强筋共面且连接的第一加强筋、第二加强筋,以进一步提升减震器的上端安装点处的结构强度,并用于向下传递应力,第二加强筋的下端通过斜向加强筋与后纵梁连接,利于引导传递至后纵梁的力沿着前后方向传递,降低了后纵梁与支架主体连接处的应力集中。
