The method comprises the steps that a current signal control scheme, a phase design model and a target function of a rail vehicle are obtained; wherein the phase design model at least comprises effective green light time and a target scheme signal period, and the target function is a function of the minimum value of the sum of the variance of the queuing length of each stock of traffic flow; determining a signal control transition scheme of the railway vehicle based on the phase design model and the target function; and switching the current signal control scheme of the railway vehicle into the signal control transition scheme. According to the scheme, the current signal control scheme of the railway vehicle is switched into the determined signal control transition scheme, so that the lane transition signal can be controlled, and smooth transition of the vehicle in a reversible lane scene is ensured.
