The invention provides a train trackside positioning and speed measuring system and method. The system comprises a 5G mobile terminal, a UWB tag, a 5G base station, a UWB base station, a radar, a 5G positioning server, an edge radar processor, a 1588 clock server and a central positioning server. Wherein the 5G mobile terminal and the UWB tag are vehicle-mounted equipment and are installed in a train; the 5G base station and the UWB base station are integrated base stations and are arranged beside a train track; the 5G positioning server is connected with the 5G base station and is arranged beside a train track; the radars are connected with the radar edge processor and are arranged in a turnout area and a platform area; the 1588 clock server is used for carrying out clock synchronization through a 1588 protocol; and the central positioning server is used for fusing the train data and positioning and measuring the speed of the train. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the method does not depend on vehicle-ground wireless communication, reduces the types and number of positioning devices, and solves the problems that a non-communication vehicle does not have continuous position tracking and is affected by idle slip.

    本申请提供一种列车轨旁定位测速系统及方法,该系统包括:5G移动终端、UWB标签、5G基站、UWB基站、雷达、5G定位服务器、边缘雷达处理器、1588时钟服务器以及中央定位服务器;其中,5G移动终端和UWB标签为车载设备,安装于列车内;5G基站和UWB基站为一体化基站,布置于列车轨道旁;5G定位服务器与5G基站相连,布置于列车轨道旁;雷达与雷达边缘处理器相连,布置于道岔区域和站台区域;1588时钟服务器用于通过1588协议进行时钟同步;中央定位服务器用于融合列车数据,对列车进行定位测速。本申请上述提供的方案,不依赖于车地无线通信,减少定位设备种类和数量,同时解决了非通信车没有连续位置跟踪以及受空转打滑影响的问题。
