The invention relates to the technical field of railway electric service turnouts, in particular to a turnout track crawling monitoring device and method.The turnout track crawling monitoring device comprises an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, the ultrasonic distance measuring sensor is electrically connected with a micro-control unit, and the micro-control unit is electrically connected with a communication module and a power supply module; the ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, the micro-control unit, the communication module and the power supply module are all fixedly installed in the protective shell, the protective shell comprises a shell base, the shell base is fixedly installed on the inner side of the stock rail through a fixing structure, and a detection part of the ultrasonic distance measuring sensor directly faces the front of the end face of a monitored object. The monitoring object is any one of a switch rail or a point rail; the device and the stock rail are in the same equipotential state. The device can realize accurate monitoring and timely risk reporting of turnout switch rail or point rail crawling, is small in size and simple in structure, can be stably mounted on the inner side of a rail, and adapts to complex working conditions of railways.

    本发明涉及铁路电务道岔技术领域,具体提供一种道岔轨道爬行监测装置及方法,包括:超声波测距传感器,所述超声波测距传感器电连接微控制单元,所述微控制单元分别电连接通信模块和供电模块;超声波测距传感器、微控制单元、通信模块和供电模块均固定安装在防护壳内,所述防护壳包括壳体底座,所述壳体底座通过固定结构固定安装在基本轨内侧,且所述超声波测距传感器的探测部分正对监测对象的端面正前方,所述监测对象为尖轨或心轨的任一种;所述装置与基本轨同处等电位状态。本发明能够实现对道岔尖轨或心轨爬行的精准监测和风险及时上报,且体积小、结构简单,能够稳定安装在轨道内侧,适应铁路的复杂工况。
