The invention discloses a vehicle driving motor control method and system based on a rotating speed control mode, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical control, and the method comprises the steps: dividing an expected working condition of a driver according to an expected rotating speed instruction corresponding to the opening degree of an accelerator pedal; receiving a rotating speed instruction of the vehicle control unit and the real rotating speed of the motor; performing parameter calibration on the PI regulator by taking a driving motor controller to execute a full rotating speed range as a target; the maximum acceleration under each rotating speed condition in the full rotating speed range is calibrated by combining the wind resistance of the whole vehicle, the external characteristics of the motor and the dynamic property of the whole vehicle; converting the curve corresponding to the maximum acceleration into a limiting curve of a rotating speed instruction; calculating instruction adjusting coefficients of the limiting curve under different expected working conditions; and adjusting the loading speed of the rotating speed instruction in combination with the limiting curve and the instruction adjusting coefficient so as to limit the real rotating speed of the motor in the full rotating speed range. The problem of acceleration and deceleration pause caused by overlarge change of the rotating speed instruction is relieved, and the performance of the whole vehicle better conforms to the expectation of a driver.

    本发明公开了一种基于转速控制模式的车用驱动电机控制方法和系统,属于机械控制技术领域,方法包括:根据油门踏板开度对应的期望转速指令划分驾驶员的期望工况;接收整车控制器的转速指令和电机真实转速;以驱动电机控制器执行全转速范围为目标,对PI调节器进行参数标定;结合整车风阻、电机外特性和整车动力性,标定在全转速范围内各个转速情况下的最大加速度;将最大加速度对应的曲线转换为转速指令的限制曲线;计算不同期望工况下限制曲线的指令调节系数;结合限制曲线和指令调节系数,调节转速指令的加载速度,以对全转速范围内的电机真实转速进行限制。缓解因转速指令变化过大导致的加减速顿挫问题,使整车表现更符合驾驶员的预期。
