The magnetic suspension bogie structure comprises a rail, a framework, the rotating motor and a permanent magnet slope, a mounting cavity is formed in the rail, and the framework is arranged in the mounting cavity through the permanent magnet slope and vertically suspends on the rail; an included angle is formed between the permanent magnet slope and the horizontal plane, a wheel pair is arranged on one side of the framework in a penetrating mode, and the wheel pair only has the rotation freedom degree around a vertical shaft relative to the framework; when the framework and the wheel set slide to a position with a low gradient from a position with a high gradient, the framework integrally slides to a traction surface through the gradient slope and the natural suspension sideslip of the permanent magnet, and the wheel set is driven to transversely cling to the traction surface; the rotating motor is installed on the framework and drives the wheel pair to rotate through the transmission mechanism.
