The invention relates to a highway agglomerate fog state monitoring system and a method thereof. The monitoring system comprises a meteorological monitoring module, an unmanned aerial vehicle flight module and an information processing module. The meteorological monitoring module is used for collecting monitoring data such as relative humidity, rainfall and wind speed of each collection point of a road section. And the unmanned aerial vehicle flight module controls the unmanned aerial vehicle to inspect according to the inspection instruction and collects a real-time image. The information processing module is used for obtaining a change curve of the relative humidity of each collection point along with time and calculating the slope of the curve. When the relative humidity value is greater than a fogging early warning value or the curve slope is greater than an early warning slope, generating suspected fogging early warning information and acquiring road section information, sending a patrol instruction to the unmanned aerial vehicle, identifying whether the unmanned aerial vehicle is agglomerate fog by using visibility and traffic volume information, and grading the agglomerate fog state; and performing road control, information reporting and information issuing according to the grading result and the traffic volume information. According to the system, the agglomerate fog monitoring range of the expressway is expanded, and the detection precision and the detection efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及一种高速公路团雾状态监测系统及其方法。该监测系统包括气象监测模组、无人机飞行模组及信息处理模组。气象监测模组用于采集路段各采集点的相对湿度、降雨量、风速等监测数据。无人机飞行模组根据巡检指令控制无人机巡检作业并采集实时图像。信息处理模组用于获取每个采集点相对湿度随时间的变化曲线,并计算曲线斜率。当相对湿度值大于起雾预警值,或曲线斜率大于预警斜率时,产生疑似起雾预警信息并获取路段信息,向无人机发送巡检指令,利用能见度和交通量信息识别是否为团雾,并对团雾状态进行分级,根据分级结果和交通量信息进行道路管制、信息上报和信息发布。该系统拓展了高速公路的团雾监测范围,提升了探测精度以及探测效率。
