The invention relates to a charging scheme determination method and device based on a multi-target particle swarm algorithm and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: taking each electric vehicle as a particle in the multi-target particle swarm algorithm, and determining an updating formula of the speed and position of the electric vehicle; calculating an inertia weight by adopting a linear decreasing weight method, and updating the speed and the position of the electric vehicle by adopting a speed and position updating formula according to the obtained inertia weight; determining a non-inferior solution according to the updated speed and position of the electric vehicle, obtaining the charging information of each electric vehicle, and adding the non-inferior solution set into the external file; and repeating the steps until the maximum number of iterations is reached, determining an optimal solution set according to the external file, and taking the optimal solution set as an optimal charging scheme. The population is prevented from falling into local optimum, so that stable operation of the power grid can be ensured.

    本发明涉及一种基于多目标粒子群算法的充电方案确定方法、设备及介质,其中,方法包括:将每一辆电动汽车均作为多目标粒子群算法中的一个粒子,确定电动汽车的速度与位置的更新公式;采用线性递减权值法计算惯性权重,并根据得到的惯性权重,采用速度与位置的更新公式对电动汽车的速度和位置进行更新;根据电动汽车更新后的速度和位置确定非劣解,得到每一辆电动汽车的充电信息,并将所述非劣解集加入所述外部档案;重复上述步骤,直至达到最大迭代次数,根据所述外部档案确定最优解集,并将所述最优解集作为最优充电方案。本发明避免种群陷入局部最优,从而能够确保电网的稳定运行。
