The invention discloses an electric vehicle energy-saving prediction method based on a BP neural network, and aims to solve the problem of energy-saving control of a pure electric vehicle under a smooth road working condition, namely the problem of running speed planning of the pure electric vehicle under a fixed driving task, and the speed track of the whole running process of the pure electric vehicle under the whole driving task is planned. The invention aims to reduce the energy consumption generated in the driving process. Firstly, a vehicle longitudinal dynamics model is established; then, a speed planning method based on MPC is designed; and finally, an electric vehicle energy-saving prediction method based on the BP neural network is designed. Compared with an electric vehicle energy-saving prediction method based on an MPC controller, the real-time performance of vehicle speed trajectory planning is greatly improved on the basis of slightly reducing the energy-saving control effect; according to the prediction energy-saving method for the electric vehicle, the driving speed track can be optimized, the vehicle movement can be controlled in real time, and the comprehensive energy-saving control effect is better than that of a traditional MPC.

    本发明公开了一种基于BP神经网络的电动汽车预测节能方法,针对车辆在通畅道路工况下的纯电动汽车节能控制问题,即固定驾驶任务下的纯电动汽车行驶速度规划问题,对整个驾驶任务下的纯电动汽车行驶全过程的速度轨迹进行规划,旨在减少其在行驶过程中产生的能量消耗;首先建立了车辆纵向动力学模型;然后设计了一种基于MPC的速度规划方法;最终设计了一种基于BP神经网络的电动汽车预测节能方法;相对基于MPC控制器的电动汽车预测节能方法在小幅降低节能控制效果的基础上,大大提升了汽车速度轨迹规划的实时性;本电动汽车预测节能方法能对驾驶速度轨迹进行优化,并实时控制车辆运动,综合节能控制效果较传统MPC更好。
