The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, in particular to a pure electric vehicle energy-saving control system which comprises a power module, a cold and hot integrated module, a heat exchange module, a fan module, a thermoelectric module, a battery module and an execution module. The execution module is used for adjusting the temperature of the power module, the battery module and the in-vehicle space according to the use condition of the vehicle and the external environment temperature condition, on one hand, when the external environment temperature is low, the temperature of the battery module, the power module and the in-vehicle space is increased, and the battery module and the power module are made to be in a proper temperature range all the time; on the other hand, when the external environment temperature is high, the battery module, the power module and the space in the vehicle are cooled, so that the battery module and the power module are always in a proper temperature range, the body feeling of a driver is guaranteed, and heat of the other modules and the space in the vehicle is collected through the heat exchange module; and the heat is transmitted to the thermoelectric module for power generation, so that energy conservation is facilitated, and the endurance mileage of the automobile is increased.
