According to the variable-load free suspension device and method based on the aircraft modal test, the force sensor is used for monitoring the stress at each suspension point, the displacement sensor is used for monitoring the distance between the two suspension points, the measurement error is greatly reduced, the consistency of the test state is ensured, and the test efficiency is improved; according to the invention, the number of groups of the spring rubber ropes can be conveniently and quickly increased and decreased, and the universal application of the spring rubber ropes is realized while the modal test requirements are met; under the condition of being separated from a crane, a process operator independently finishes the suspension and state adjustment work of the tested piece, so that the test steps are simplified, and human resources and air crane resources are saved; the method can also be suitable for structural strength free modal tests in various fields including the aviation field and the spaceflight field, the using process is simple and efficient, the generalization degree is high, and the method has high reference value in the aspect of meeting related requirements of a test boundary condition simulation method.

    本发明提供了一种基于飞行器模态试验的可变载荷自由悬吊装置及方法,采用力传感器监测各吊点处的受力大小、采用位移传感器监测两个吊点之间的间距,极大缩小了测量误差,保证了试验状态的一致性,提高了试验效率;本发明中弹簧橡皮绳组数可方便快捷地进行增减,在满足模态试验要求的同时实现了弹簧橡皮绳的通用化应用;本发明在脱离吊车的情况下由工艺操作人员独立完成被试件的悬吊及状态调整工作,简化了试验步骤,节约了人力资源和航吊资源;本发明还可适用于包括航空、航天领域在内的多种领域的结构强度自由模态试验,使用过程简单高效,通用化程度较高,在满足试验边界条件模拟方法的相关要求方面具有较高的参考价值。
