The array type high-altitude wind power generation system comprises a plurality of high-altitude wind power generation units and an intelligent control unit, and the high-altitude wind power generation units are arranged in an array mode; each high-altitude wind generating set comprises an airship, a high-altitude floating platform, a wind channel and a high-altitude wind driven generator; the high-altitude floating platform is fixed below the airship through the mooring rope, the wind channel is located on the high-altitude floating platform, and the high-altitude wind driven generator is arranged in the wind channel; an inertial navigation module and a global navigation positioning module are mounted on the airship, and both the inertial navigation module and the global navigation positioning module are in communication connection with the intelligent control unit; the inertial navigation module is used for measuring state information of the airship, the global navigation positioning module is used for receiving external parameter signals, and the intelligent control unit updates the state information of the airship according to the parameter signals. According to the invention, efficient wind energy acquisition and power generation can be realized.
