The invention discloses a pile driving barge pile frame system and a control method. The system comprises a first upper-layer cabin, a second upper-layer cabin, a pile frame inverted bearing table, a linear arched beam guide rail pair, a lifting table assembly, a traction pair, an oil cylinder assembly, a pile frame assembly and a control assembly. The first upper-layer cabin and the second upper-layer cabin are symmetrically arranged at intervals along the center line of a ship, the linear arched beam guide rail pair is arranged between the first upper-layer cabin and the second upper-layer cabin, the pile frame inverted bearing table is installed at the rear end of the linear arched beam guide rail pair, and the lifting table assembly is slidably connected with the linear arched beam guide rail pair. The pile frame assemblies are arranged on one side of the front end of the linear arched beam guide rail pair at intervals and hinged to an upper deck of the ship body, and the oil cylinder assemblies are arranged between the linear arched beam guide rail pair and the pile frame assemblies and connected with the lower portions of the pile frame assemblies. The upper-layer cabins of the ship are separately arranged on the left ship board and the right ship board of the ship, so that the pile frame can be horizontally placed conveniently, the inverted height of the pile frame is reduced, and towing stability and navigation capacity are improved.

    本发明公开了一种打桩船桩架系统及操控方法,系统包括上层舱室一、上层舱室二、桩架倒置承接台、直线拱梁导轨副、升降台组件、牵引副、油缸组件、桩架组件、控制组件;上层舱室一、上层舱室二沿船舶中心线对称间隔设置,直线拱梁导轨副设置于两者之间,桩架倒置承接台安装于直线拱梁导轨副后端,升降台组件与直线拱梁导轨副滑动连接,直线拱梁导轨副上设有用于牵引升降台组件的牵引副,桩架组件间隔设置于直线拱梁导轨副前端的一侧并与船体上层甲板铰接,油缸组件设置于直线拱梁导轨副与桩架组件之间并与桩架组件下部连接。本发明将船舶的上层舱室分开设置在船舶左右船舷,便于桩架水平放置,降低桩架倒置高度,提高拖航稳性和通航能力。
