The invention discloses a generator upper frame initial hole position deviation rectification reset hoisting positioning guide mechanism which is characterized in that a generator stator frame and an upper frame initially matched bolt sleeving hole are utilized, a guide column is arranged, and the bottom end of the guide column penetrates through the upper frame bolt sleeving hole to be in threaded fit with the generator stator frame; then, the guide column is sleeved with a set of positioning sliding sleeve assembly, and the positioning sliding sleeve assembly is provided with a plurality of independent identification bodies which are matched with the bolt sleeving holes of the upper rack and can move in the axial direction to determine the position at any time; the guide column completely limits the radial freedom degree of the positioning sliding sleeve assembly. Positioning is achieved in the eccentric state of a generator stator base screw hole and an upper rack bolt sleeving hole, it is guaranteed that the installation positions of all parts before and after dismounting are consistent, positioning is accurate, the adjusting time in the hoisting process is shortened, instant positioning is achieved, potential safety hazards during working of maintainers are reduced, working efficiency is improved, and the application range is wide.

    本发明公开一种发电机上机架初始孔位纠偏复位吊装定位导向机构,其特征是利用发电机定子机座与上机架初始配合的螺栓套装孔,设导向柱,使导向柱的底端穿过上机架螺栓套装孔与发电机定子机座螺纹配合;然后在导向柱上套装一组定位滑套组件,定位滑套组件具有与上机架螺栓套装孔配合的若干件独立且能沿轴向移动来确定随时位置的标识体;导向柱完全限制定位滑套组件的径向自由度。解决了在发电机定子机座螺孔与上机架螺栓套装孔偏心状态下定位,确保拆装前后各部件安装位置一致,定位准确,减少了吊装过程的调整时间,且即时定位,降低了检修人员工作时的安全隐患,提高了工作效率,适应范围广。
