The power supply mechanism supplies power to the power mechanism and the exploration and rescue mechanism, the power mechanism drives the multifunctional aircraft to fly in various directions and heights, the power supply mechanism is provided with a temperature control unit, and the temperature control unit monitors the temperature of a battery pack in the power supply mechanism, heats the battery pack and adjusts the environment temperature of the battery pack; the battery pack is always at a proper working temperature, and the charging and discharging efficiency and the service life of the battery are improved; and surveyed image data and a rescue function are integrated, so that the comprehensive applicability of the aircraft is improved.
