The invention discloses a railroad tractor driven by non-steel wheels. The invention relates to the field of transmission control, in particular to a driving control technology of a railroad tractor. A conventional rail tractor is heavy. The safety traction force only provided by the steel driving wheel is limited by the static friction coefficient of the steel driving wheel and the steel rail, and is only 10% of the bearing force of the steel driving wheel. When a heavy load is dragged, iron must be applied to the tractor and accounts for most of the weight of the tractor; otherwise, slipping may occur during uphill. Non-steel driving wheels such as rubber wheels are adopted, and the static friction coefficient of the non-steel driving wheels and steel rails is 9 times that of the steel driving wheels; 9 times of friction force can be generated by applying the same pressure to support traction; the steel bearing wheel is used for bearing, and the friction force generated by the non-steel driving wheel supports the traction force, so that the ineffective load of the weight can be removed, the cost is obviously reduced, and the transportation capacity and the energy efficiency of unit freight transportation are multiplied; and if the motor tractor is electrically driven by a battery, expensive standby batteries can be greatly reduced, and huge economic benefits are achieved.
