The invention provides a gear calculation and gear shifting control method and device for an XEV hybrid vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle gear shifting control. The method comprises the following steps that a vehicle control unit VCU judges a vehicle running mode according to the current vehicle speed and the accelerator opening degree of the vehicle; the vehicle running modes comprise a starting waiting mode, a vehicle driving mode and an energy recovery mode; in each vehicle operation mode, a vehicle control unit VCU controls target gear setting of an electric drive axle and a traditional gearbox and controls the switching process of the gear of the electric drive axle and the gear of the traditional gearbox in different driving modes; the driving modes comprise a pure electric driving mode, an engine independent driving mode and a hybrid driving mode. According to the method, target gear calculation and gear shifting process control of the XEV hybrid vehicle are achieved, smooth gear shifting of the whole XEV vehicle is guaranteed, gear shifting switching coordination control of a speed change structure is achieved, it is guaranteed that power is not interrupted in the gear shifting process, and fuel economy is improved.

    本发明提供一种XEV混动车辆的挡位计算及换挡控制方法及装置,属于车辆换挡控制技术领域,所述方法包括如下步骤:整车控制器VCU根据车辆当前车速和油门开度判断车辆运行模式;所述车辆运行模式包括等待起步模式、车辆驱动模式及能量回收模式;各车辆运行模式中,整车控制器VCU控制电驱动桥和传统变速箱的目标挡位设定,以及对不同驱动模式下的电驱动桥挡位和传统变速箱挡位切换过程进行控制;所述驱动模式包括纯电驱动模式、发动机单独驱动模式及混合驱动模式。本发明实现XEV混动车辆目标挡位计算和换挡过程控制,保证XEV整车换挡的平顺,实现变速结构换档切换协调控制,确保在换档过中动力不中断,提升了燃油经济性。
