The invention provides a plateau vacuum pump threshold value setting method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining vehicle parameters and a pedal input force and braking force curve corresponding to a vehicle; the constant vacuum booster meets the stepping force range corresponding to the preset working state, and the preset working state comprises the stepping force range meeting the first braking force output condition after the vacuum pump starts to work when the vacuum booster is filled with atmospheric pressure, or the stepping force range meeting the first braking force output condition after the vacuum pump starts to work when the maximum vacuum degree is achieved in the vacuum booster. The vacuum booster can meet the pedaling force range of the second braking force output condition; according to the vehicle parameters, a first threshold value and a second threshold value of working of the vacuum pump in the preset working state are determined through a preset boosting characteristic equation and a preset servo force characteristic equation of the vacuum booster; and the larger output value is the lowest threshold value when the vacuum pump starts to work on the plateau. According to the method, the theoretical minimum required threshold value required by vacuum boosters of different vehicle models is accurately obtained; the project development period is shortened, and the development cost is saved.

    本发明提供一种高原真空泵阀值的设定方法及系统,包括,获取车辆参数和车辆对应的踏板输入力与制动力曲线;定真空助力器满足预设工作状态对应的踏力范围,所述预设工作状态包括大气压力充满真空助力器时,真空泵开始工作后满足第一制动力输出条件的踏力范围,或者真空助力器中达到最大真空度时,真空助力器能够满足第二制动力输出条件的踏力范围;根据车辆参数通过预设的真空助力器的助力特性方程和伺服力特性方程分别确定所述预设工作状态下真空泵工作的第一阀值和第二阈值;较大值输出为真空泵在高原上开始工作的最低阀值。本发明精准的得到不同车型真空助力器所需的理论最低要求阀值;缩短项目的开发周期,节约开发费用。
