The invention relates to a pressed arc steel-aluminum composite conductor rail, which belongs to equipment for urban rail transit power supply, and is mainly characterized in that an aluminum rail 2 with a support lug 3 and a grooved rail 2 with a bevel edge 4 are preliminarily compounded, paired pressed arcs 7 are stamped on the support lug 3 by a stamping die consisting of a tapered punch 14, and then a rivet 10 is used for pulling and riveting, so that the three-direction binding force of steel and aluminum is strengthened. The method is high in yield, high in reliability of three-way combination of steel and aluminum and high in production efficiency.
