The invention provides an aircraft cabin and an installation method thereof. The aircraft cabin is formed by butt joint of a plurality of cabin sections end to end, a clamping ring wall is arranged at one end of each cabin section, a clamping sleeve wall is arranged at the other end of each cabin section, a plurality of sliding grooves are circumferentially formed in each clamping ring wall, each sliding groove is of a concave structure, so that one side wall of each sliding groove serves as the side wall of the corresponding cabin section, the other side wall of each sliding groove serves as the side wall of the corresponding clamping ring wall, and the sliding grooves extend along the circumference of the corresponding cabin section. Clamping grooves are formed in the tail ends, in the same circumferential direction, of the multiple sliding grooves, inlets penetrating through the side wall of the clamping ring wall are formed in the ends, away from the clamping grooves, of the sliding grooves, and the inlets communicate with the sliding grooves; a plurality of buckles corresponding to the sliding grooves in position are arranged on the inner surface of the clamping sleeve wall. The clamping sleeve wall of one cabin section is arranged on the clamping ring wall of the other cabin section in a sleeved mode, and the buckles are connected into the clamping grooves in a clamped mode. According to the rotary buckle connecting structure, the cabin can be rapidly disassembled and assembled, and the rotary buckle connecting structure is suitable for rapidly disassembling and assembling cabin sections with circular sections of aircrafts.

    本发明提供一种飞行器舱体及其安装方法。所述飞行器舱体由多个舱段首尾对接形成,所述舱段的一端设有卡环壁,另一端设有卡套壁,所述卡环壁上呈圆周设有多个滑槽,所述滑槽为凹陷结构以使其一侧壁为舱段的侧壁,另一侧壁为卡环壁的侧壁,多个所述滑槽沿舱段的圆周延伸,且多个滑槽在同一圆周方向的末端设有卡槽,所述滑槽远离卡槽的一端设有贯通卡环壁的侧壁的入口,所述入口与滑槽相通;所述卡套壁的内表面设有多个与滑槽位置对应的卡扣;一所述舱段的卡套壁套装于另一所述舱段的卡环壁上,卡扣卡接于所述卡槽中。本发明能实现舱段的快速拆装,适用于飞行器圆形截面舱段间快速拆装的旋转卡扣连接结构。
