The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned equipment, in particular to a hoisting mechanism, a hoisting device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The hoisting mechanism comprises a shell, a hook and a locking assembly, the hook is rotatably arranged on the shell, and the hook can rotate to an unloading position and a hanging position relative to the shell; when the hook is located at the hanging position, the hook is used for hoisting objects, and when the hook is located at the unloading position, the hook can unload the hoisted objects. The locking assembly is arranged on the shell, and the locking assembly can be blocked on the rotating path of the hook or retreat from the rotating path of the hook; when the locking assembly blocks the rotating path of the hook, the locking assembly can prevent the hook from rotating towards the unloading position. When the locking assembly retreats from the rotating path of the hook, the hook can rotate towards the unloading position. When the hook of the hoisting mechanism can be locked at the hanging position by the locking assembly, the stability of the hook for hoisting an object is further improved, and the problem that the object is easy to fall off accidentally at high altitude is solved.
