The invention relates to a methanol dual-fuel container ship ventilation structure combining ventilation pipes and a binding bridge, which comprises a fuel cabin, the ventilation pipes and the binding bridge, the ventilation pipes are arranged on the binding bridge near the fuel cabin, the situation that a large number of double-wall pipes are used in an aisle for conventional foremast ventilation can be avoided, and the ventilation pipes adopt single-wall welded steel pipes, so that the production and construction cost can be reduced. A vent pipe is led out from a fuel cabin, transversely penetrates through a hatch coaming structure, then is arranged forwards along the space at the lower end of a hatch coaming transverse toggle plate to a binding bridge, then is turned up to a hatch coaming, extends towards the interior of a ship to a third vertical column on the outer side of the binding bridge and faces inwards, and extends upwards along the vertical column to a lifting platform at the top end of the binding bridge to arrange a PV valve. By the adoption of the structure, the exposed vent pipe can be well protected, safety is improved, the length of the vent pipe is greatly shortened compared with a conventional method, a conventional welded steel pipe can be used, and therefore construction cost is saved.

    本发明涉及一种透气管与绑扎桥结合的甲醇双燃料集装箱船透气结构,包括燃料舱、透气管、绑扎桥,燃料舱附近的绑扎桥上布置透气管,能避免常规前桅透气在过道中使用大量双壁管,且透气管采用单壁焊接钢管,从而能降低生产建造成本。透气管从燃料舱引出,横向穿过舱口围结构后沿着舱口围横向肘板下端空间向前布置直至绑扎桥,随后翻上舱口围并向船中延伸至绑扎桥外侧向内第三根立柱,沿着立柱向上延伸至绑扎桥顶端升高平台布置PV阀。采用此结构能够较好地对暴露在外的透气管进行保护,提高了安全性,并且透气管的长度较常规方法大幅缩短,且可使用常规的焊接钢管,从而节省了建造成本。
