The invention belongs to the technical field of large ships and ocean engineering, and discloses a semi-submersible platform offshore inclination test method, which adopts a main tug to tow a semi-submersible platform to a test water area, and adopts four auxiliary tugs to protect the periphery of the platform. According to the test, a left ballast system and a right ballast system of a semi-submersible platform are mainly adopted, and ballast water in vertical column ballast tanks at the bow and the stern is mutually connected to enable the platform to incline at the bow and the stern. The weight of ballast water in the column ballast tank each time is obtained in the mode that a person enters the column ballast tank, stands on a deck on the uppermost layer of the column ballast tank and reads the liquid level of the column ballast tank through a liquid level reading instrument. By adopting the method, the problem that the water depth of the inland wharf is insufficient can be solved, the test can be prevented from being carried out under the condition of excessive appendages such as cross braces and inclined ladder platforms, the test precision is improved, and the safety of personnel can be ensured. Compared with a traditional weight test, by adopting the scheme, the time of an offshore test can be greatly shortened, and the cost and risk of the test are reduced.

    本发明属于大型船舶与海洋工程技术领域,公开了一种半潜平台海上倾斜试验方法,采用主拖轮将半潜平台拖航至试验水域,同时采用四条辅助拖轮在平台周围护航。该试验主要通过采用半潜平台左右两套压载系统,将艏艉部的立柱压载舱内压载水互驳使平台发生艏艉倾斜。每次立柱压载舱内压载水的重量则通过人员进入立柱压载舱,站在立柱压载舱最上层的甲板上,采用液位读取仪器读取立柱压载舱的液位得到。采用该方法可以解决内河码头水深不够的问题,同时可避免在附体,如横撑、斜梯平台过多状态下进行试验,提高试验精度,并且可保证人员的安全。相较与传统的压铁试验,采用该方案,可大大减少海上试验的时间,降低试验的成本和风险。
