Program processing of a PLC is adopted to judge whether the threshold beam is matched with the threshold beam needing to be machined or not, if not, equipment cannot carry out the next step, on the basis that an existing tool clamp is not changed, an optical fiber sensor and a magnetic sensor do not make contact with the product, meanwhile, threshold beam distinguishing is accurately recognized, errors are clamped in the first step of machining, and the machining efficiency is improved. The problem that assembly errors are found after machining is completed is solved, manpower and financial expenditure is greatly saved, and the problem that N60/61 threshold beam assembly errors are perfectly solved.
