The invention discloses a derailment detection device which comprises a sensor, a light reflecting part and a processing system, the sensor is arranged between two rails and can emit laser to the rails, and the light reflecting part is arranged on the side face, close to the sensor, of the rails and can emit laser to the rails. The light reflecting part can receive the laser and reflect the laser to the sensor, the sensor receives the laser reflected by the light reflecting part and generates a signal, the processing system is electrically connected with the sensor, the sensor transmits the signal to the processing system, and when the locomotive derails, the signal is disconnected, and when the locomotive derails, the signal is transmitted to the processing system. The processing system generates an alarm. The derail detection device provided by the embodiment of the invention not only realizes non-contact detection, but also can be repeatedly used and is high in reliability.
