The invention discloses a range extender power generation control method, device and equipment which are used for solving the problem that in the related technology, when the power generation torque value of a power generator exceeds the maximum available power generation torque value of an engine, the engine may be pulled to be shut down by the power generator, and consequently the range extender is shut down. According to the embodiment of the invention, the difference value between the current required rotating speed and the current rotating speed of the engine is compared with the preset rotating speed difference value, and the current rotating speed is compared with the preset rotating speed; if yes, indirectly determining the size relation between the maximum available power generation torque of the engine and the power generation torque of the generator, and effectively identifying the potential insufficient power generation risk of the engine; by reducing the required power generation torque value of the current period, the problem of shutdown of the range extender caused by inaccurate calculation of the maximum available torque of the engine is prevented, meanwhile, interference of temporary faults on the power generation power value is effectively avoided, and accurate control over power generation of the range extender is achieved.

    本申请公开了一种增程器发电控制方法、装置及设备,用以解决相关技术中发电机的发电扭矩值超过发动机最大可用发电扭矩值,发动机可能会被发电机拉至熄火,导致增程器停机的问题。本申请实施例通过将当前需求转速和发动机的当前转速的差值与预设转速差值进行比较,并将当前转速与预设转速进行比较,若确定的比较结果表征发动机的转速处于下降状态,则间接确定发动机最大可用发电扭矩与发电机的发电扭矩的大小关系,有效识别发动机存在的潜在发电不足风险;通过减小当前周期的需求发电扭矩值,防止因发动机最大可用扭矩计算不准导致的增程器停机的问题,同时有效规避临时故障对发电功率值的干扰,实现了对增程器发电的精准控制。
