The invention discloses a speed reducing device for automobile braking. The speed reducing device comprises a speed reducing plate and a hydraulic oil cylinder. The front end of the speed brake is rotationally hinged to the automobile bottom plate, and a piston of the hydraulic oil cylinder is hinged to the upper portion of the tail end of the speed brake. A base of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with an automobile bottom plate. The speed brake comprises an arc-shaped steel plate and a rubber plate, and the rubber plate is fixed to the bottom of the arc-shaped steel plate. The hinged position of the piston and the speed reducing plate is located at the 2/3 position of the speed reducing plate. And a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a hydraulic system of the automobile. Through the design, when all original brake systems fail or an expected effect cannot be achieved, the speed brake can be opened by controlling the hydraulic oil cylinder designed by the invention, then the rotating tire is lifted up, the tire is not in contact with the ground any more, and when the speed brake falls to the ground, the tire is lifted up by the hydraulic oil cylinder. And the rubber on the speed brake can be directly rubbed with the ground, so that the quick braking effect of the vehicle is realized.
