The waterproof groove forms a first waterproof line, the waterproof groove forms a second waterproof line, the second waterproof part forms a third waterproof line, and the waterproof of the groove is realized through the three waterproof lines, so that the waterproof performance is improved, and the waterproof performance between the microswitch and the charging gun body is better.

    本发明公开了一种充电枪开关防水结构,包括:一充电枪体,在充电枪体上开设有凹槽,并在凹槽的外侧设有凸台,凸台上则设置有锁固槽;一微动开关,安装于凹槽中,并在微动开关的侧部设有与锁固槽对应的锁固孔;一防水层,设置在微动开关的底面,用于对凹槽防水。本发明通过将螺丝穿过锁固孔与锁固槽进行螺纹连接,可使微动开关与充电枪体的组装方便简单,另外,在微动开关的底面设置防水层,当微动开关与充电枪体组装后,对其紧压,可使第一防水部对锁固孔形成第一道防水线,而防水槽形成第二道防水线,第二防水部则形成第三道防水,通过三道防水线,实现对凹槽的防水,从而提高防水性能,使微动开关与充电枪体之间的防水性能更好。
