The invention provides an intelligent scheduling system and method for tunnel construction vehicles. The system comprises a vehicle information module, an intelligent analysis module, a display module, a signal management module and a video monitoring module. The vehicle information module inputs basic information of a vehicle and a driver and obtains position data of the vehicle; the intelligent analysis module analyzes real-time traffic flow congestion states of different areas during tunnel construction according to a built-in algorithm; the display module is used for mastering traffic flow states of different sections in the tunnel in real time; the signal management module adjusts traffic signals in the tunnel according to the congestion level; and the video monitoring module calls a monitoring camera in real time so as to carry out congestion analysis, scheduling scheme formulation and supervision and adjustment of a scheduling process. By analyzing the congestion conditions of different areas in the tunnel during construction, automation and intelligentization of tunnel construction transportation management are realized, the passing efficiency of transportation vehicles is improved, smooth implementation of key procedures is ensured, and construction period delay caused by traffic congestion in the tunnel is avoided.

    本发明提供了一种隧道施工车辆智能调度系统及方法,系统包括车辆信息模块、智能分析模块、显示模块、信号管理模块和视频监控模块。车辆信息模块录入车辆及驾驶员的基本信息,获取车辆的位置数据;智能分析模块根据内置算法分析隧道施工时不同区域实时车流拥堵状态;显示模块供用于实时掌握洞内不同区段的车流状态;信号管理模块根据拥堵等级对洞内交通信号进行调整;视频监控模块实时调用监控摄像头,以进行拥堵分析、调度方案制定和调度过程的监督及调整。本发明通过分析隧道施工时内部不同区域的拥堵状况,实现隧道施工运输管理的自动化和智能化,提高了运输车辆的通行效率,确保关键工序的顺利实施,避免了因洞内交通拥堵带来的工期延误。
