The invention discloses a steel wire rope tensioning device and method.The steel wire rope tensioning device comprises a bottom frame, a winding drum assembly, a pulley assembly, a second support and a rope blocking frame, the two ends of a core shaft of the winding drum assembly are connected with the first support and the second support, and a pin shaft sensor of the pulley assembly is connected with the second support; the bottom plates of the two groups of assembled brackets I and II are arranged on the bottom frame in opposite directions; a bottom plate of the rope blocking frame is connected with the bottom frame; wedge-shaped rope grooves are formed in the surfaces of the winding drums of the two winding drum assemblies, and the two wedge-shaped rope grooves are arranged with the difference of half rope groove pitch. The steel wire rope is wound into the steel wire rope tightening device through the pulley assembly and wound out through the pulley assembly; a belt brake is arranged on the winding drum assembly; and the pulley assembly rotates around the pin shaft sensor. During working, the belt brakes and the pin shaft sensors on the two winding drums are adjusted to measure the tension value of the steel wire rope, the winding compactness of the steel wire rope on the bottom layer of the winding drum of the winch to be wound is guaranteed, winding faults are avoided, and the working efficiency and safety of the winch are improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝绳紧绳装置及紧绳方法,所述紧绳装置包括底架、卷筒装配、滑轮装配、支架二和挡绳架,所述卷筒装配芯轴两端与支架一和支架二连接,滑轮装配的销轴传感器与支架二连接,两组组装后的支架一和支架二的底板按照反向布置在底架上;挡绳架的底板与底架连接;两组卷筒装配的卷筒表面设有楔形绳槽,两组楔形绳槽相差半个绳槽节距布置;钢丝绳经滑轮装配折返绕进钢丝绳紧绳装置,并经滑轮装配折返绕出;卷筒装配上设带式制动器;滑轮装配绕销轴传感器旋转。本发明工作时,调节两组卷筒上的带式制动器,销轴传感器测量钢丝绳张力值,保证待缠绕卷扬机卷筒底层钢丝绳的缠绕紧实度,避免卷绕故障,提高了卷扬机工作效率和安全性。
