The invention discloses an interactive unmanned tower crane twin control system and method. The system comprises a user control module, an integrated information sensor, a multi-mode wireless locator, an image collector, an input module, a logic control module, an output control module and a tower crane controller. The method comprises the steps that (1) after a system is started, the height h is pre-lifted according to the speed Vc, and after a user confirms that no potential safety hazards exist, the system continues to be lifted to the lowest lifting height Hd; (2) an image collector automatically scans and recognizes whether an obstacle exists in front or not, if yes, lifting continues till no obstacle exists, if not, the horizontal trolley is automatically controlled to run at the moving speed Vs, the tower crane rotates at the rotating speed Vx till the hoisted object is located over the target position, and at the moment, the system gives an alarm; (3) the system vertically descends the hoisted object according to the speed Vc until the hoisted object is located at the target position; and (4) a user adjusts the position of the hoisted object through a fine adjustment module to unload. Unmanned intelligent control over the tower crane is achieved, and safety and transportation efficiency are improved.

    一种交互式无人塔吊孪生控制系统及方法,系统包括用户控制模块、集成信息传感器、多模无线定位器、图像采集器、输入模块、逻辑控制模块、输出控制模块、塔吊控制器;方法包括:1)系统启动后,按速度Vc预提升高度h,用户确认无安全隐患后,继续提升至最低提升高度Hd;2)图像采集器自动扫描识别前方是否有障碍物,若有障碍物,则继续提升,直至无障碍物,若没有,则自动控制水平小车按移动速度Vs运行,塔吊按旋转速度Vx转动,直到吊物位于目标位置的正上方,此时系统发出警报;3)系统将吊物按速度Vc垂直下降,直到吊物位于目标位置;4)用户通过微调模块调整吊物位置来进行卸货。本发明实现塔吊的无人智能控制,提高安全性和运输效率。
