The invention relates to an anti-swing control method, an anti-swing control system, anti-swing control equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The anti-swing control system comprises a first PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a lifting appliance grab bucket monitoring system, wherein the lifting appliance grab bucket monitoring system is used for acquiring pose information of a grab bucket/an overturning lifting appliance; the ship unloader comprises a handle, a second PLC and a variable frequency driving system, the handle is used for providing an input signal for the second PLC, and the variable frequency driving system is used for feeding back running state information of the ship unloader to the second PLC; the first PLC calculates the anti-swing speed based on the pose information and the input signal; and the second PLC controls the variable frequency driving system based on the anti-swing speed and the real-time operation state information. According to the anti-swing control method, the anti-swing control system, the anti-swing control equipment and the computer readable storage medium provided by the invention, the shaking and swinging of a ship unloader load can be greatly reduced, and the working efficiency and the safety are improved.

    本发明涉及一种防摇控制方法、防摇控制系统、防摇控制设备及计算机可读存储介质。该防摇控制系统包括第一PLC和吊具抓斗监测系统,吊具抓斗监测系统用于获取抓斗/翻转吊具的位姿信息;卸船机包括手柄、第二PLC和变频驱动系统,手柄用于向第二PLC提供一输入信号,变频驱动系统用于向第二PLC反馈卸船机的运行状态信息;第一PLC基于位姿信息及输入信号计算防摇速度;第二PLC基于防摇速度及实时运行状态信息控制变频驱动系统。本发明提出的一种防摇控制方法、防摇控制系统、防摇控制设备及计算机可读存储介质,能大幅度降低卸船机负载的晃动和摇摆,提升工作效率和安全性。
