The invention relates to the field of electromagnetic lifting appliances, in particular to a linkage type steel plate clamp which comprises a rack, a quick change connector, a rotary driving device, a lead screw transmission device, a clamp and an electromagnetic chuck, and the rack comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a connecting frame. The quick-change connector comprises a first lug plate, a second lug plate, a first pin shaft and a second pin shaft. The lead screw transmission device comprises a transmission lead screw, a first linear optical shaft, a second linear optical shaft, a sliding block, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod. The clamp comprises a first clamp body and a second clamp body which are driven by the lead screw transmission device and can be opened and closed synchronously. Protection plates are arranged on the two sides of the electromagnetic suction cup and can prevent the electromagnetic suction cup from directly colliding with other objects. Symmetrical linkage devices are adopted to drive the clamps to be opened and closed synchronously, safety accidents caused by the non-synergistic effect of the clamps are avoided, and due to the fact that a lead screw transmission device is adopted, the phenomenon of hydraulic oil leakage existing in traditional hydraulic transmission is avoided.

    本发明涉及电磁吊具领域,特别是一种联动式钢板夹钳,包含机架、快速换接头、回转驱动装置、丝杠传动装置、夹钳、电磁吸盘,所述机架包含顶板、底板、连接架。所述快速换接头包含第一耳板、第二耳板、第一销轴、第二销轴。所述丝杠传动装置包含传动丝杆、第一直线光轴、第二直线光轴、滑块、第一连杆、第二连杆。所述夹钳包含第一夹钳、第二夹钳,由丝杠传动装置驱动,可实现同步启闭。所述电磁吸盘两侧设置有保护板,保护板可避免电磁吸盘直接与其他物品碰撞。本发明采用对称联动装置驱动夹钳同步启闭,避免因夹钳不协同作用而引发的安全事故,由于采用丝杠传动装置,避免了传统液压传动存在的液压油泄露的现象。
