The invention provides a slewing bearing installation method. The method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a rest stand; an adjusting device is arranged on the rest stand; a lifting lug is arranged on the rest stand; assembling the slewing bearing parts which are processed in sections on the rest stand to form a complete slewing bearing, adjusting the roundness, and tightening the connecting bolts among all sections of slewing bearings; preparing a flat car, hoisting the shelf and the slewing bearing onto the flat car by using a gantry crane, and transferring the slewing bearing to the side of the slewing platform by using the flat car; after the rotary platform is lifted by a gantry crane, the portal on the moving path of the slewing bearing is removed; the slewing bearing is moved to the position under the slewing platform through a flat car; after the module vehicle tool is moved into the corresponding position of the rotary platform, a lifting hook of the gantry crane is removed, then the gantry crane is used for lifting the rest stand and the rotary support, and bolts are installed after the positions are aligned. According to the installation method, the rest stand is arranged and can be used for installing the slewing bearing with the weight of hundreds of tons, and the problems of assembly, transportation and installation of the heavy slewing bearing are solved.

    本发明提供一种回转支承安装方法,通过制作搁置架;在搁置架上设置调节装置;在搁置架上设置吊耳;将分段加工好的回转支承部件在搁置架上组装成完整的回转支承,调整圆度后,拧紧各段回转支承之间的连接螺栓;准备平板车,用龙门吊将搁置架和回转支承吊至平板车上,用平板车将回转支承转运至回转平台的旁边;用龙门吊吊起回转平台后拆除掉回转支承移动路径上的门架;用平板车将回转支承移到回转平台正下方;用模块车工装移进回转平台对应位置后解除龙门吊的吊钩,再用龙门吊吊起搁置架和回转支承,对准位置后用安装螺栓。该安装方法通过设置搁置架,通过搁置架可用来安装上百吨重的回转支承,解决了重型回转支承的组装、运输和安装的问题。
