The invention provides a mechanical and thermal integrated satellite structural plate suitable for batch production, which comprises a metal thin plate and a heat pipe, the metal thin plate and the heat pipe are combined together in a glue joint manner, and the metal thin plate is divided into a thin plate body, a heat pipe mounting groove, a plate reinforcing groove, a plate mounting hole, a high-heat-consumption single-machine mounting hole and a common single-machine mounting hole according to functions; the heat pipe can rapidly conduct heat from one end to the other end, and rapid heat dissipation of the single machine is achieved; the heat pipe mounting groove is used for mounting a heat pipe and is designed into a special shape so as to meet the shape of the heat pipe and the plane requirement of single-machine mounting; the plate reinforcing groove is formed by processing a flat plate into a concave groove so as to enhance the flexural rigidity of the thin plate; the plate mounting hole provides an interface for connecting the plate and a satellite body; the structure strength, the rigidity and the heat dissipation function which are the same as those of a traditional cellular board are achieved only through the board body and the heat pipes, and the number of parts of the satellite structure board is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种适于批产的机热一体化卫星结构板,包括金属薄板和热管,金属薄板和热管采用胶接方式结合在一起,金属板薄按功能分为:薄板本体、热管安装槽、板加强凹槽、板安装孔、大热耗单机安装孔、普通单机安装孔;热管可将热量较快从一端传导至另一端,实现单机快速散热;热管安装槽提供热管安装,热管安装槽设计成特殊形状以满足热管的外形及单机安装的平面要求;板加强凹槽是将平板加工出凹形槽,以增强薄板的抗弯刚度;板安装孔提供板和卫星星体连接的接口;本发明仅采用板本体和热管两种元件即实现了传统蜂窝板相同的结构强度、刚度和散热的功能,极大减少卫星结构板的零件数量。
