According to the slat inclination monitoring system and method, for all slats on each side, all the slats on the side are connected in series through a steel cable, the tail end of the steel cable is fixed to the slat on the outermost side of the side, and the head end of the steel cable is connected with an inclination sensor; wherein, except for the tail end of the steel cable, the steel cable is not fixed with the slat; and when a certain slat on the side has an inclination fault, the slat deflects relative to the steel cable, so that the steel cable is dragged to change the reading of the inclination sensor, and the inclination fault of the slat on the side can be determined. The basic function availability of slat system inclination monitoring is guaranteed, the development cost and the maintenance cost of the system are reduced, and meanwhile the adaptability of slat system inclination monitoring to test flight modification is improved.
本发明公开了一种缝翼倾斜监控系统和方法对于每一侧的所有缝翼,利用一根钢索将该侧所有缝翼串联起来,钢索的末端固定于该侧的最外侧缝翼,钢索的首端与一个倾斜传感器连接;其中,除了钢索末端之外,钢索不与缝翼固定;当该侧某缝翼发生倾斜故障时,缝翼将相对于钢索偏转,从而拖动钢索使得倾斜传感器的读数产生变化,由此可确定该侧的缝翼发生了倾斜故障。本发明既保证了缝翼系统倾斜监控的基本功能可用性,又降低了系统研制成本和维护成本,同时增加了缝翼系统倾斜监控对试飞改装的适应性。
