The invention discloses a railway safety monitoring method combining an InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) technology and a geological disaster monitor. The railway safety monitoring method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out earth surface deformation monitoring on a large-range area around a railway line by combining an SAR image with the InSAR technology; secondly, analyzing and screening out sections where geological disasters possibly exist through an SAR image inversion earth surface deformation result; and finally, the geological disaster monitor is used for monitoring areas with potential safety hazards in real time, so that powerful data support and a new thought are provided for preventing geological disasters and safe operation of railways.
