The invention provides a hybrid cooling double-rotor radial flux hub motor, belongs to the field of hub motors, and adopts double-rotor topology, a non-yoke partitioned stator and air-water hybrid cooling. The non-yoke block stator is located between the inner rotor and the outer rotor. A rotor support is integrated with a centrifugal cooling fan, rectangular ventilation holes are formed in inner/outer rotor back iron in the axial direction, and driving end cooling airflow forms a circulating cooling air path through the rotor support and inner/outer double-side air gaps. The stator is fixed through stator tooth pressing plates on the two sides, a stator tooth pressing plate at the non-moving end is fixed to an end cover at the non-moving end, and circumferential rectangular groove water cooling channels are formed in the end covers on the two sides. According to the invention, the axial length is more compact, the power density of the motor is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.

    本发明提出一种混合冷却的双转子径向磁通轮毂电机,属于轮毂电机领域,采用双转子拓扑、无磁轭分块定子、空水混合冷却。无磁轭分块定子位于内外双转子中间。转子支架集成离心冷却风扇,内/外转子背铁沿轴向开有矩形通风孔,驱动端冷却气流通过转子支架和内/外双侧气隙形成循环冷却风路;定子通过双侧定子齿压板固定,其中非动端定子齿压板与非动端端盖固定,两侧端盖内部均设有圆周矩形槽水冷通道;本发明具有更紧凑的轴向长度,增大了电机功率密度,提高了散热效率。
