The invention discloses an idle speed control method of a fuel cell system, which is suitable for the fuel cell system and comprises the following steps: judging whether a target power instruction given by a whole vehicle/an upper computer is 0 or not; if the judgment result is not 0, the engine operates normally, if the judgment result is 0, the engine enters a 0 power mode, and during the 0 power mode, the low-power-consumption 0 power mode and the high-power-consumption 0 power mode are switched to be used for adjusting the temperature and water balance of the fuel cell system; in the 0 power mode, detecting target power and judging whether the target power is greater than 0; and if the target power is greater than 0, jumping out of the 0 power mode, and if the target power is 0, receiving a shutdown instruction, and entering a shutdown process. According to the idle speed control method of the fuel cell system, the low-power-consumption zero-power mode and the high-power-consumption zero-power mode are switched, so that the high-power-consumption duration time is greatly shortened, the total hydrogen consumption during the zero-power period can be reduced, and the economic performance of an engine is improved.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统的怠速控制方法,适用于燃料电池系统,包括:判断整车/上位机给定的目标功率指令是否为0;若判断结果不为0,发动机正常运行,若判断结果为0,进入0功率模式,在0功率模式期间,切换低功耗0功率模式与高功耗0功率模式,用于调节燃料电池系统的温度和水平衡;在0功率模式下,检测目标功率并判定目标功率是否大于0;若目标功率大于0,跳出0功率模式,若目标功率为0,收到关机指令,进入关机流程。本发明的燃料电池系统的怠速控制方法,切换低功耗0功率模式与高功耗0功率模式使得高功耗持续时间大幅缩短,因此可以降低0功率期间总体氢气消耗量,提高了发动机的经济性能。
