The invention, which belongs to the technical field of traffic flow prediction, provides a data-knowledge-combined-driven traffic flow prediction method comprising the following steps: preprocessing traffic flow data of a current road network; configuring parameters of the traffic flow prediction neural network model, and constructing the traffic flow prediction neural network model; training a traffic flow prediction neural network model by using the preprocessed traffic flow data; and predicting future traffic flow signals of the road network by using the trained optimal traffic flow prediction neural network model according to historical road network traffic flow data. The problems that a traditional deep learning traffic flow prediction method is insufficient in knowledge integration and precision improvement is in a bottleneck are solved.

    本发明提供了一种数据知识联合驱动的交通流量预测方法,属于交通流量预测技术领域,该方法包括:对当前路网的交通流量数据进行预处理;配置交通流量预测神经网络模型的参数,并构建交通流量预测神经网络模型;利用预处理后的交通流量数据对交通流量预测神经网络模型进行训练;根据历史路网交通流量数据,利用训练得到的最优交通流量预测神经网络模型预测路网未来的交通流量信号。本发明解决了传统深度学习交通流量预测方法知识融入不足,精度提升陷入瓶颈的问题。
