The invention provides a charging and discharging cluster regulation capability evaluation method and a scheduling method thereof, which can be applied to the field of large-scale electric vehicle cluster charging and discharging, and are used for evaluating the regulation capability of a cluster on the exchange power of a power grid on one hand, and solving a scheduling instruction on each unit in the cluster by giving a related optimization method on the other hand. Therefore, effective and stable scheduling control is realized. The energy consumption interval boundary range of each charging and discharging unit is expanded by giving a temporary energy consumption interval, so that the charging time or the discharging time of the charging and discharging unit giving a scheduling instruction is prolonged, and the situation that the charging and discharging unit suddenly changes into a network access state due to the fact that the charging and discharging unit reaches the energy consumption interval boundary in a scheduling period is avoided; and the power fluctuation of the whole cluster in the scheduling period is effectively stabilized.

    本发明提供了一种充放电集群调节能力评估方法及其调度方法,可以应用于规模化电动汽车集群充放电领域,一方面用以评估集群对电网交换功率的调节能力,另一方面通过给出相关优化方法求解出对集群内各单元的调度指令,从而实现有效且平稳的调度控制。其中通过给出临时用能区间扩展各充放电单元的用能区间边界范围,从而延长对于下达调度指令的充放电单元的充电时间或放电时间,避免其在调度周期内因达到用能区间边界而突然转变入网状态,有效平稳整个集群在调度周期内的功率波动。
