The invention provides a pressure regulating valve, a high-low pressure integrated pneumatic controller, a control system and a control method.The pressure regulating valve comprises a first shell, a second shell, a first pressure regulating air inlet channel, a second pressure regulating air inlet channel and a third shell, the gas pressure value in the pressure regulating gas inlet hole can be a first gas pressure threshold value or a second gas pressure threshold value; the switch assembly is arranged in the first cavity, when the switch assembly is in a first state, the pressure regulating air inlet hole is blocked by the switch assembly, and the air pressure value in the pressure regulating air inlet hole is maintained at a first air pressure threshold value; in the second state, the switch assembly opens the pressure-regulating air inlet hole, and part of air with the air pressure value higher than a second air pressure threshold value in the pressure-regulating air inlet hole flows through the first cavity and is exhausted to the ambient atmosphere through the fine exhaust hole, so that the air pressure in the pressure-regulating air inlet hole is reduced and maintained at the second air pressure threshold value. Therefore, one air source can meet the requirement for high-pressure and low-pressure inflation, cost is low, and operation is easy.
