The wind wave fusion floating type power generation platform comprises a platform base body internally provided with a winding coil, a horizontal shaft fan, a wave absorbing floating body internally provided with a permanent magnet, an anchoring system and a damper used for keeping the stability of the platform base body. The wave-absorbing floating body is arranged on the periphery of the platform base body in a sleeving mode and can slide up and down along the platform base body, the wave-absorbing floating body and the platform base body are installed through an axial bearing, and the wave-absorbing floating body moves in the axial direction of the platform base body under the action of waves. The horizontal shaft fan is installed on the upper side face of the platform base body, and the anchoring system and the damper are installed on the lower side of the platform base body. According to the device, wave energy and wind energy are comprehensively utilized, the capture efficiency of offshore renewable energy sources can be effectively improved, the platform cost is reduced, the carbon reduction target is achieved, and meanwhile due to the fact that the platform adopts the suspended cross-shaped cover plate type damping plate, the floating platform can resist large-amplitude oscillation movement, and the stability of the floating platform and the anti-overturning capacity of a draught fan are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种带十字盖板型阻尼系统的风波融合浮式发电平台,包括内置有绕组线圈的平台基体、水平轴风机、内置有永久性磁铁的吸波浮体、锚泊系统和用于保持平台基体稳定性的阻尼器;吸波浮体套设在平台基体外周且可沿其上下滑行,吸波浮体与平台基体采用轴向轴承安装,在波浪作用下吸波浮体沿着平台基体轴向运动;水平轴风机安装在平台基体上侧面,锚泊系统和阻尼器分别安装在平台基体下侧。本装置综合利用波浪能与风能,能有效提高海上可再生能源俘获效率,降低平台成本,有利于减碳目标实现,同时由于平台采用悬挂“十字盖板型”阻尼板,有利于浮式平台抗大幅振荡运动加强其稳定性与风机抗倾覆能力。
