The invention discloses a discrete annular pressure-resistant shell which comprises a plurality of pressure-resistant shell units, the pressure-resistant shell units are sequentially connected end to end to form a closed annular structure, and every two adjacent pressure-resistant shell units are connected through an annular rib connecting piece. Each annular rib connecting piece comprises an annular annular rib main body and annular gaskets which are located on the two sides of the annular rib main body and extend outwards, the annular gaskets of the two annular rib connecting pieces are sleeved with the two ends of the pressure-resistant shell unit respectively, and an included angle exists between the central axis of each annular gasket and the central axis of the corresponding annular rib main body. And integration is replaced by segmented design, so that the actual operability of shell machining is greatly improved, the machining precision of the annular shell is remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the manufacturing cost is reduced. And the deformation coordination capability of the shell is optimized by adding ribs. The ribbed structure not only ensures that the anti-pressure capability of the discrete annular shell is not influenced by deformation, but also facilitates the connection and assembly of each section of shell, and obviously improves the assembly precision of the shell.

    本发明公开了一种离散环形耐压壳,包括若干耐压壳单元,若干耐压壳单元首尾依次相连形成封闭环形结构,相邻两个耐压壳单元之间通过环肋连接件连接,所述环肋连接件包括圆环形的环肋主体和位于环肋主体两侧向外延伸的圆环形衬垫,所述耐压壳单元两端分别套设于两个环肋连接件的圆环形衬垫外,所述圆环形衬垫中轴线与环肋主体中轴线之间存在夹角。采用分段化设计代替整体化,极大地提高了壳体加工的实际可操作性、显著提高了环形壳加工的精度,同时降低了制造成本。通过加入肋骨优化了壳体的变形协调能力。这种加肋结构不仅确保了离散环形壳的抗压能力不受形变影响,还便于各段壳体的连接组装,显著提高了壳体的装配精度。
