The invention discloses a subway coupler positioning state monitoring method and system. The method comprises the following steps: respectively fixing a monitoring end and a calibration end on two couplers to be butted; moving the car coupler fixed at the calibration end, acquiring image data of a calibration plate at the calibration end through a camera, and transmitting the image data to a central processing module to complete calibration; after the subway train arrives at the place where connection is needed, the coupler is unhooked, after the subway train arrives at the place where connection is needed, docking work is started, the coupler moves, and the obtained calibrated camera collects image data of the calibration plate at the calibration end; obtained image data are transmitted to the central processing module, and the current pose is obtained; and comparing the current position with the error of coupler docking operation, judging whether the error exceeds a threshold value or not, if not, sending docking available information to the monitoring host, and if yes, sending non-docking alarm information to the monitoring host. The state and the judgment result are sent to the monitoring host for personnel to judge and operate, the monitoring means is reliable, the human input is low, and the operation risk is reduced.

    本发明的一种地铁车钩定位状态监测方法及系统,包括将监测端和标定端分别固定在要进行对接的两车钩上;将标定端固定的车钩移动,通过相机采集标定端的标定板的图像数据,并将图像数据输送至中央处理模块,完成标定;将车钩解挂,并在地铁列车到达需要连接的地点后,开始对接工作,车钩移动,由得到的标定后的相机采集标定端的标定板的图像数据;得到的图像数据输送至中央处理模块,获得当前位姿;将当前位置与车钩对接运行的误差进行比较,判断是否超过阈值,未超过则发送可以对接信息至监测主机,超过则发送不可对接报警信息至监测主机。本发明将状态和判断结果发送至监测主机供人员判断及操作,监测手段可靠、人力投入少、减少了操作风险。
