The invention provides a server and a power adjustment system. The server is a server that requests a power adjustment resource to participate in an integrator of a demand response for adjusting power supply-demand balance in a power grid. The power adjustment resource includes a plurality of vehicles, each of which is managed by an operator and is used to provide a service. The server includes a storage device and a processing device. The storage device stores statistical result information indicating a result of participation of each vehicle with respect to a demand response during a predetermined entire statistical period. The processing device sets an evaluation value of the degree of contribution of the operator to the adjustment of the power supply-demand balance in accordance with the statistical result information.
