The invention provides a control algorithm for suppressing vibration of an electromagnetic valve caused by pressure fluctuation, which comprises the following steps of: 1, acquiring acceleration data of a vehicle body and wheels, and providing input data for a subsequent control algorithm; 2, based on the obtained data, the operation speed of the shock absorber is calculated through a calculation formula; 3, based on the obtained data of the operation speed of the shock absorber, the impact pressure borne by the electromagnetic valve is further calculated; 4, based on the pressure difference of the current valve element, the electromagnetic valve compensation current is calculated; 5, monitoring the states of the vehicle body and the wheels, and updating the parameters of the control algorithm in real time; sixthly, the first step to the fifth step are executed circularly, so that suppression control over vibration, caused by pressure fluctuation, of the electromagnetic valve is achieved; the electromagnetic valve is subjected to auxiliary control by calculating the compensation current of the electromagnetic valve, so that the problem that a traditional electromagnetic valve vibrates according to pressure change is solved, and the working stability is improved.

    本发明提供了一种抑制电磁阀因压力波动导致振动的控制算法,包括有如下步骤:步骤一:获取所述车身与车轮的加速度数据,为后续的控制算法提供输入数据;步骤二:基于获得的数据通过计算公式,计算处出减振器的运行速度;步骤三:基于获得的减振器运行速度的数据,进一步计算电磁阀承受的冲击压力;步骤四:基于所述电流阀芯的压力差,计算电磁阀补偿电流;步骤五:监测车身与车轮的状态,实时更新控制算法的参数;步骤六:循环执行步骤一至步骤五,以实现对电磁阀因压力波动导致振动的抑制控制;通过计算电磁阀补偿电流,对电磁阀进行辅助控制,解决了传统的电磁阀会应压力变化发生振动的问题,提高了工作时的稳定性。
