The invention provides a green light time adjusting method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic. The method comprises the steps of determining saturation flow of a target intersection according to video data of the target intersection; determining a real-time optimal period corresponding to the target intersection according to the saturation flow; determining green light prolonging time corresponding to the first phase according to the real-time flow and the real-time optimal period of the first phase in the target intersection; and if the first phase has the non-passing target, adjusting the green light time corresponding to the first phase according to the green light prolonging time and the real-time optimal period. Therefore, the problem of traffic jam caused by the fact that the passing time of the pedestrian and vehicle channel cannot be reasonably distributed in the prior art can be solved.

    本发明提供了一种绿灯时间调节方法及装置、电子设备及可读存储介质,涉及智能交通技术领域。方法包括:根据目标路口的视频数据确定目标路口的饱和流量;根据饱和流量确定目标路口对应的实时最佳周期;根据目标路口中第一相位的实时流量以及实时最佳周期,确定第一相位对应的绿灯延长时间;若第一相位存在未通行目标,则根据绿灯延长时间以及实时最佳周期调节第一相位对应的绿灯时间。因此,本发明能够解决现有技术中行人与车辆通道无法合理分配通行时间而导致交通拥堵的问题。
